Sorry, we do not export to customers outside of Canada. Freight is additional and is fob our warehouse in Burnaby, BC. Our shipping dept will contact you with a firm shipping price after your shopping cart order has been sent through our checkout. Your credit card will not be charged until we have contacted you with the freight charge, you have approved the freight charge, and we have added the freight charge along with applicable taxes to your purchase amount.

Return/Refund Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products and creations. If you wish to return a product it must be within seven days of purchase and the product must be undamaged and unopened. We will not accept freight collect charges on returned items unless they are defective. If an item is defective you must contact us before returning it freight collect. If products are delivered to you in a damaged condition you must make a claim with the common carrier immediately. When shopping in person at our warehouse, a restocking fee is in effect on items personally selected that are not defective.
